Audit/Panel Report

At the request of the Council of Deans of the American Association of Colleges of Podiatric Medicine, NBPME agreed to an independent audit of the design of the Part I examination. The purpose was to investigate possible reasons for a decrease in the passing rate for the 2003 and 2004 sessions. The evaluation assessed the procedures used in test development and scoring against nationally recognized standards.
